For a bit of a change, thought i might lighten the mood with some recent photographs. The cemetery you can see in the background of a few of these shots is the Karori Cemetery in Wellington, NZ. An amazing place, well set out and landscaped regularly. A load of history exists on them there plaques and headstones! Quite nice to be able to contemplate the craftsmanship of some of the statue-makers and masons. Some have stood the test of time while others crumble though a hole in the ground. A fascinating place and an amazing place to witness the birth of NZ through the recorded ages. A link to the cemetery is here if you fancy a look.
